SCHUYLKILL HAVEN, Pa. – Ava Seltzer, Maddy Robinson, Mahea Kelley, Sydney Morton, Tajae Stevenson, and Tiffany Bohner were honored during Penn State Schuylkill's Senior Day matchup against Penn State Mont Alto.
After a close loss in the first set, Schuylkill regrouped and came back strong to win the second. Mont Alto, however, took control in the third set, winning by double digits and posting their highest kill total of 16. Mont Alto went on to close Schuylkill out in the next set, winning the season series.
Maddy Robinson (Auburn, PA / Blue Mountain) finished with 12 kills, 12 digs, and 5 blocks. Mahea Kelley (Bowie, MD / Bowie) added 6 kills, 11 digs, and a team-high 4 aces. Tiffany Bohner (Hegins, PA / Tri Valley) tallied 18 digs. Ryliegh Sinko (Minersville, PA / Nativity BVM) finished with 18 kills and 19 digs.
Schuylkill (4-11 overall, 3-6 PSUAC) will travel to PSUAC opponent Penn State Scranton for their final match of the regular season on Saturday, October 19th.
