After the game Head Coach Bruce Robertson, commented, " This was good for us against a top D3 School in the NAC. Game 1 went back and forth a bit as i knew it would as Thomas is a very good team but Olivia Scott continues to pitch well this fall. She is healthy and becoming the pitcher I knew she could be when I brought her to CM. Game 2  we started with Riley and finished with Elyse they both pitched very well. They are a very good combination and work well with each other where we can start or finish a game with either one. I told the team before Johnson its does not get any easier from here and it definitely has not but we keep battling and finding ways to pull out the W's. Whether it be our pitching or timely hits. I'll take it!"

Next up the Mustangs travel to University of Maine Presque Isle Sunday October 2nd with 12 pm and 2 pm game times.
