Huskies Fall in NIT 3rd Place Game

The Word of Life Bible Institute Huskies finished their Bible College NIT play in the 3^rd place game against The Crown College Royal Crusaders (TN). The Royal Crusaders got off to a quick start early on and poured it on early. The Huskies found themselves trailing at halftime 55-27 after a long three-point buzzer-beater by Crown. The Huskies pushed the Royal Crusaders around in the first couple of minutes of the second half, but the Royal Crusaders would push the gas pedal and ride their way to a 91-69 victory over the Huskies. Crown would also be awarded 3^rd place at the 2023 Bible College NIT with the win, while Word of Life Bible Institute would take 4^th place.

The Huskies return home and play in their 2022/23 season finale against Paul Smith's College on Wednesday, February 22, at 6 pm at the Huskies Health and Athletic Center on the campus of the Word of Life Bible Institute.
