The men's basketball team travelled to play Mt Aloysius this weekend before their first conference game to start PSUAC play. DuBois kept it close with the home opponent, down only 3 at the half, 36-33. Much the same through the 2nd half, DuBois kept within striking distance until the last few minutes of play when Mt Aloysius hit a few key shots to eventually win the game 81-61.
Ashton Fortson and Will Helton led DuBois with 14 points a piece while Beau Verdill would come off the bench to give a solid 12-point, 6 rebound boost.
DuBois will host Penn State Shenango on Tuesday in the PAW Center.
