Mustangs back on track, rout VTC

Randolph Center, VT - Less than 20-hours after their first loss of the season, the Mustangs traveled to Vermont Tech for a YSCC match-up. CM wasted no time, scoring the first basket of the game, and cruising to a 64-32 win over the Knights. 

Kali Thompson (Waterville, ME) led the way with 15 points, 7 rebounds, and 3 assists and was the lone Mustang to score in double-figures. Clara Bandh (Sollentuna, Sweden) and Jade Smedberg (Oxford, ME) chipped in with 8 points each. 

Tay Finnikin led the Knights with 15 points.

With the win the Mustangs improve to 15-1 overall and 7-0 in the Yankee Conference. They will be back in action on Saturday, January 14th (1:00pm) when they travel to Warwick, RI to take on the NJCAA nationally ranked CCRI Knights.
