Lemont Furnace, PA- The Penn State Fayette Volleyball team battled hard against the USCAA Tipoff Tournament Champions, Carlow University, but it fell in three sets (25-18, 25-18, 25-21).
Pasepa Buwawa (Uniontown, PA/Laurel Highlands HS) lead Fayette with 7 kills and 10 digs, Tyannah Eddings (Uniontown, PA/Uniontown HS) with 7 digs.
Fayette(2-4) will start PSUAC Conference play on Tuesday, September 13th at home against PSU Mont Alto(1-5) at 7:00 PM. A win Tuesday could make a bold statement around the conference due to PSU Mont Alto placing 2nd in the USCAA National Championship last season.
