SCHUYLKILL HAVEN, Pa. - Maddy Robinson notched her 403rd career kill during Penn State Schuylkill's loss to Bryn Athyn College, breaking the previous record school record of 400.
Schuylkill claimed the first set 25-21, tallying a total of 10 kills in the set. Schuylkill then went on to lose the following three sets by no margin greater than seven.
It was a career night for Maddy Robinson (Auburn, PA / Blue Mountain), who matched her career-high of 15 kills that she set during the 2022 season. Robinson also led Schuylkill in digs (18), and blocks (2). Mahea Kelley (Bowie, MD / Bowie) added 9 kills, 8 digs, and 2 aces. Ryliegh Sinko (Minersville, PA / Nativity BVM) recorded 18 assists and 15 digs. Also tallying double digit digs were Tiffany Bohner (Hegins, PA / Tri Valley) and Sierra Wishnefsky (Ringtown, PA / North Schuylkill) who finished with 11 and 10, respectively.
Schuylkill (2-7 overall, 1-3 PSUAC) will travel to Keystone College for their next matchup on Thursday, September 26th.
