The Word of Life Huskies traveled to play Paul Smith's College Bobcats for the first time this season. The Bobcats got off to a quick start as they outscored the Huskies 23-7 in the first quarter and showed the same type of scoring in the second quarter. The Huskies were able to keep the same pace as the Bobcats in the second half, but it would be too late as the Bobcats secured a 76-41 win over the Huskies. Kayli Hayden led the Huskies in scoring with 17 points and 9 rebounds, and Audree Marburger scored 9 points with 4 rebounds.
The Bobcats improve to 1-1 earning their first win of the season and are scheduled to host Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences Friday, November 18.
The Huskies fall to 1-3 on the season with their next game scheduled for Friday, December 2nd at Landmark College.
