RANDOLPH CENTER, VT: Vermont State University Randolph men's soccer had their season opener against the Badgers of Vermont State University Johnson. After a great defensive battle, a costly penalty on the Knights, gave the Badgers a penalty kick. The Knights would give up one more score and fell to Johnson 0-2.
