ALLENTOWN, Pa. - Penn State Schuylkill Women's Volleyball defeated PSUAC opponent Penn State Lehigh Valley in five sets.
Schuylkill dominated the first two sets, winning the opener by 14 points and the second by 8. However, Lehigh Valley fought back, edging out Schuylkill in the third and fourth sets to force a decisive fifth. In the final set, Schuylkill regained their momentum, showcasing their dominance with a commanding double-digit victory.
Maddy Robinson (Auburn, PA / Blue Mountain) led the way for Schuylkill with 13 kills, 7 digs, and 3 blocks. Ryliegh Sinko (Minersville, PA / Nativity BVM) contributed 25 assists and 13 digs, while Sierra Wishnefsky (Ringtown, PA / North Schuylkill) added 9 digs and 4 aces.
Schuylkill (2-5 overall, 1-2 PSUAC) will return to action on September 20th as they travel to Penn State Mont Alto.
