The Word of Life Bible Institute Huskies traveled to face Landmark College to open their weekend trip in New England. The Huskies started off quickly and never looked back as they outscored Landmark 18-5 in the 1st and 19-3 in the 2nd quarter as they took a 37-8 lead into halftime. While Landmark was able to make some noise in the 4th quarter, the damage was already done as the Huskies defeated Landmark 66-25.
KinLeigh Riggle led the production with 23 Points and 10 Rebounds, along with Mj Buck with 13 Points and 7 Assists. The Huskies also had 2 more players in double figures with Janae Jones with 12 Points and Emily Merigan with 10 Points.
The Huskies' next game is at Great Bay Community College as part of the 2022 Holiday Invitational and will play NHTI at 2 pm Saturday, December 3, 2022.
