Coach Robertson stated, "this was a good stretch for us we went 4-2 vs 3 of the top D3 schools in the NAC. Today we started in a funk and took us until the 6th inning to get our bats going. Not sure if we were tired from Saturday split with UMPI but I tell the players I hold them to a high standard and expect them to play at that every game. Not sure if that's what helped but we pulled the win out game one by the skin of our teeth and then Game 2 got a little hairy in the 7th but we pulled that out as well. Both pitchers continue to pitch well. We just need to find a way to be more consistent at the plate to help them out and not make them work harder than they need to."

Next Up for the Mustangs is a busy week. They host D3 Vermont Johnson Thursday travel to YSCC Rival SMCC Friday and host USCAA Rival Bay Path University Saturday afternoon.
