Crusaders Win Big Against Appalachian Bible College

Front Royal, VA  Christendom Crusader Women's Basketball maintain their win streak with a dominant win against Appalachian Bible College at home on Friday, February 3rd.

The Crusaders defense shined in the first half, keeping the Warriors scoreless until the second quarter. The girls played fundamental team basketball throughout the entire game and had a total of 19 assists and 34 steals. Catherine Thomas (Sophomore/Portland, TX) led all scorers with 31 points and picked up a triple-double with 10 rebounds,10 steals and 31 points. Kate Walz (Senior/Baltimore, MD) played her second game back from injury and scored 20 points. Miranda Keller (Sophomore/Harrisburg, VA) had another double-double with 16 points and pulled in 17 rebounds. With the win the Crusaders improve to a 13-2 record.

Up Next: The Crusaders travel to Newport, VA to take on the Apprentice School Builders on Tuesday, February 7th at 5pm.
