VB wins in 4 at home

Lemont Furnace, PA- Penn State Fayette Volleyball played at home against Penn State Shenango.

Fayette volleyball was off to a slow start Saturday afternoon but rallied back winning the match 3-1 (19-25,25-11,25-17,25-9).

Bella Buwawa showed up ready to play on Saturday with 19 kills, 7 digs and 5 total blocks. Adela Blough gave her best game of the season with 8 kills and Pasepa Buwawa had a great defensive showing iwth 19 digs.

Coach Joel Wingard spoke about the match, "The team did a great job creating energy today and finding a way to push through a slow start."

Fayette looks to continue the winning at home on Wednesday, October 5 at 7:00 P.M. against Penn State Beaver in a "Pink Out" game.
