Huskies Open 2022/2023 Season

Word of Life Bible Institute Huskies Basketball season has arrived. The Huskies Women's Team traveled to nearby Queensbury to face SUNY Adirondack Timber Wolves to open their regular season. The Huskies got off to a slow start and found themselves trailing 36-16 at halftime, and while the Huskies were able to keep pace in the second half, the T-Wolves ran away with the victory, winning 68-45. The Huskies Player of the Game belongs to Kayli Hayden scoring a team-high 18 points, recording 6 rebounds and 2 assists in the game. The Huskies' next game is their home opener on November 11^th against Central Maine C.C. as part of the HVIAC/YSCC Challenge. (Game now results in a 2-0 Win for Word of Life due to a forfeit by SUNY Adirondack.)
