Shorthanded Bobcats Drop First Game of Season
BUFFALO, NY - The Bryant & Stratton Buffalo Bobcats dropped their first game of the 2019-20 season, falling 73-56 at Villa Maria College on Tuesday evening. The Bobcats couldn't overcome a depleted rotation and a slow start, but battled back to outscore the Vikings by seven (49-42) over the final 30 minutes.

"We got off to a really poor start and couldn't overcome it," BSC Buffalo Head Coach Brittnee Perry said. "I give our girls a ton of credit for hanging in there and actually winning the final 30 minutes. We could have let the game get away from us but we stayed composed and even through a short bench, we gave ourselves a chance in the fourth quarter. The hole was just a little too deep to dig out of."
UP NEXT
BSC Buffalo is back in action on Saturday, December 7th in Long Island when they will play against Five Towns College at 1 p.m. That is part of a two-game road trip to New Yorlk City. They will play Berkeley College on Sunday the 8th at 1 p.m. as well.
