DUNMORE, Pa. – On Wednesday night, Penn State Scranton fell in three straight sets to Word of Life Bible Institute, 3-0. Scranton showed energy throughout the match, fighting point after point. The Lady Lions best set came in the second set where they put up 10 points in the frame. Junior, multi-sport athlete, Megan Gatto, senior, Josephine Sesay and sophomore, Maddie Langdon all had aces for Scranton. Sesay also added a couple of digs for the home team.
Scranton looks to pick up their first win of the season on Thursday as they hit the road to play Penn State Hazleton at 7PM.
