Alexus Scharkley of Paul Quinn College is the USCAA Women’s Division I Basketball Player of the Week. Scharkley erupted for 27 points and 9 rebounds to carry Paul Quinn to a victory versus LSUA. The sophomore guard followed up a stellar performance with 16 points, six rebounds and two seals to defeat number two team in the RRAC, LSUS. The Killeen, TX native connected on 50% of her three-point attempts (7-14) while averaging 21.5 points, 7.5 rebounds and 1.5 steals for the week.
